Our Summer of Fun Membership is packed with thrills, fun, and unbeatable value – perfect for the school holidays!

🔥 What’s Included:

• Only £50 for a 7-week membership

• Play up to 4 times a week

• Each session includes 2 x 20-minute games

• That’s up to 56 epic games all summer long!

📅 Membership Dates:

21st July – 7th September 2025
Valid throughout the full summer holiday period

✅ Need-to-Know Info:

• Membership is per person, non-transferable, and non-refundable

• All sessions must be pre-booked

• Subject to availability – book early to secure your spot!

• Players must be aged 7+ or at least 1.2m tall

• Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian

🎮 Membership Rules

By becoming a member, you agree to the following rules to ensure fun and fair play for everyone:

1. Member Benefits

• Only pay one price and play when you like (up to 4 sessions/week)

• Priority booking for events and member nights

• Small fizzy drink for £1.50 per visit – members only, must show membership card

2. Code of Conduct

• Respect staff, players, and other members at all times

• No abusive language, aggression, or cheating

• Tampering with equipment or unsafe behaviour will result in suspension

3. Safety Rules

• No running, climbing, or physical contact during games

• Follow all staff instructions

• Suitable footwear must be worn (no flip-flops, sandals, or heels)

4. Use of Membership

• Membership can only be used by the person named on the card

• Lost cards may be replaced for a £5 fee

• Misuse of membership will result in termination

5. Booking & Cancellations

• Max of 4 sessions (2 games per session) per week – Monday to Sunday

• All games must be booked in advance

• Cancellations must be made 24+ hours in advance
  ➤ Cancelled sessions still count toward your weekly limit

• Repeated no-shows may lead to suspension

6. Photos & Promotion

• Members may be photographed during events for promotional use

• Please inform staff if you don’t wish to appear in photos

7. Amendments

• Laser Quest Witham may change these rules at any time

• Members will be notified of major updates
